1. The Client acknowledges that FocusAdjust.com (Blue Moon Photography) will adjust the autofocus for each lens using the camera body’s menu accessible Micro Adjustment or AF Tune feature. There will be no physical alterations or adjustments to the camera body or the lens(es).

2. The adjustments made are specific to the body and lens(es) combination provided. These adjustments can not be used for any other camera or lens combinations.

3. In the event that an auto-focusing adjustment cannot bring the lens(es) into acceptable limits the client will be charged the full fee for adjusting the lens(es). In such event, the client will be provided with digital image file(s) necessary to provide evidence of the problem with the lens(es) and camera. (A service facility may require such evidence to provide warranty service on the lens(es) or camera.)

4. Every effort will be taken to insure that dust will be kept off the sensor and/or sensor filter. We will never clean or attempt to clean the camera’s sensor or sensor filter. We will not be held responsible for any dust on the sensor or sensor filter.

5. All services must be paid for prior to shipping the equipment to FocusAjust.com

6. By sending your equipment to us, you acknowledge that FocusAdjust.com, Blue Moon Photography, and Charles Laumann will not be held liable for any damage to such equipment that occurs during shipping. Any claims for damage during shipping must be filed with the carrier that shipped your equipment. Make sure that you insure your equipment for its replacement value.
